Richard is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of firstPRO’s legal recruiting team. He also handles recruiting and placement of Partners and Lateral Associates nationwide, as well as practice group acquisitions and mergers for law firms, primarily in the Atlanta GA and Washington DC area markets.
Richard joined firstPRO in July 2008 after several years as Director of Attorney Recruiting for a major Atlanta attorney recruiting firm. He also served for 11 years as President of ATS Systems, an Atlanta-based IT recruiting and placement firm.
Richard is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, a licensed private pilot, and a certified high school and college football official.
